Can I really make as many long distance calls as I want for one flat fee?

Yes you can! Feel free to call all of your friends, relatives and business associates as often as you want and talk as long as you want. After all, isn’t that what it is all about?

How does it work?

LD PRO 19 Unlimited Long Distance is easier to use than a regular calling card! Anytime you want to make a call, simply dial the toll free access number from your registered telephone line, and then dial the number you're calling! There is no longer a need for PIN numbers since we authenticate our members via their registered phone line. Many of our members put their access number into the speed dial program on their phones for quicker dialing.

LD PRO 19 Global 100 Minute Program is easier to use than a regular calling card! For customers residing or traveling outside of the United States, LD PRO 19 offers 100 calling minutes per month from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world for a flat monthly fee of $29.95. Anytime you want to make a call, simply dial the toll free access number from your registered telephone line, and then dial the number you're calling! There is no longer a need for PIN numbers since we authenticate our members via their registered phone line. Many of our members put their access number into the speed dial program on their phones for quicker dialing. Once you have reached your 100 minute limited, contact us to add additional minutes to your plan.

Do I need to switch from my current telephone service?

No. It doesn't matter who your current local or long-distance provider is, you don't need to do anything but dial the access number provided in order to take advantage of unlimited long distance.

Can I only call at certain times?

You can make a call whenever you want! Not just on the weekends or after 9pm... anytime you want! Call early, call late, call anytime! In fact, call as much as you want! The choice is yours!

Are there any additional hidden fees?

No. When you continue with the program, you will only be billed one low monthly flat rate for as many long distance calls as you want to make! The $29.95 plus taxes includes all the fees, and surcharges. There are no cancellation fees, per minute charges, per call charges, or any other hidden charges.

Can anyone sign up?

Yes, anyone over 18 years old can sign up. We believe that this service should be available to everyone. All you need is a credit card or checking account and a landline phone that you want to make long distance calls from.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

Absolutely not. You can discontinue the service anytime by calling our customer service department (9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST) at 1-877-537-7619.

Do I get a bill in the mail?

No confusing bothersome bills. LD PRO 19 has eliminated the hassle of having to write checks to pay your bill each month. We will simply charge your credit card or debit your checking account the amount of your flat monthly fee.

Does the unlimited plan cover international calling? or Do you have an international plan?

Sorry, International calling is not included in the LD PRO 19 Unlimited Long Distance Plan. But we do offer our Global 100 Minute Program for only $29.95 per month.

Do I need a computer or special equipment?

No. You only need a landline/wired telephone to use the service.

Does the person I'm calling have to be an LD PRO 19 customer?

No. You can call anyone, anytime, anywhere in the Unites States for one low monthly fee and/or outside the United States by adding our Global 100 Minute Progam.

Why don’t all the big phone companies offer unlimited calling plans?

Big phone companies are often unable or unwilling to support unlimited calling plans due to their legacy network infrastructure. A large carrier recently announced an “unlimited plan,” which is only unlimited when calling another customer of the same carrier. If not, the caller is charged a high per minute rate. With LD PRO 19 Unlimited Long Distance, you can call anyone in the United States anytime. With LD PRO 19 Global 100 Minute Program, you can call anyone anywhere in the world anytime.

Can I use my Caller ID Block?

No. Our system needs to be able to recognize your phone number to allow your call to be delivered. If you are using caller ID Block you may have to disable it prior to each call or you may have to discontinue use of the caller ID Block.

How do I disable my Caller ID Block?

To Temporarily Disable: Dial *82 prior to dialing your access number. (Each time)
To Permanently Disable: Call your Local Telephone Company and request to remove this feature.

Can I make phone calls from any phone?

In order to maintain the LD PRO 19 Plan's at such low prices, you can only make calls from the phones that share the same line as the phone line/number that you registered for service.

Can a home with 2+ lines use one account?

Each account is tied to one phone number only. Homes with multiple phones sharing the same phone line/number can use the same LD PRO 19 account. However, if you have two or more lines in the home (ex. Parent's line and a child's line), separate LD PRO 19 accounts must be registered for each phone line. Each account must be registered under different names, credit cards, and phone numbers.

Can a customer sign up more than one account?

Yes.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy and takes only a couple of minutes. Just complete our online signup form and your service will be activated within one business day.

What is LD PRO 19's consumer privacy, refund and security policy?

LD PRO 19 would like to assure you that we do not:

• Collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us.

LD PRO 19. does:

• Safeguard customers' information from unauthorized access.

•Give a full refund when contacted within 24 hours of processing your order.

This program is available for small business and residential clients only. 4. This unlimited service is for voice call usage only. 5. This service requires a valid credit card or checking account. Monthly payments of $29.95 USD are automatically billed to this account with the line item descriptor "www.800-206-8814.com" 6. Credit card and ACH payments may be processed through merchant services in the United States or Panama. All payments are processed in US Dollars. 7. This plan may not be used for online calls, internet access or any service that does not involve a person-to-person conversation or voice message. 8. This unlimited service does not permit multiparty conference calls, calls to 900, 976, 500, or 700 numbers, directory assistance, calling card, operator services, international calling or toll free calling services. 9. Calls may only be placed within the United States. 10. LD PRO 19 is the registered Trademark of Long Distance Unlimited, Inc. LD PRO 19 and their affiliates' total liability for loss or damage by defects in performance or non performance of this service shall be limited to the amount paid for this service. 11. LD PRO 19 and their affiliates will not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, included but not limited to loss of profits or income, arising directly or indirectly from any action or failure by LD PRO 19 or their affiliates. 12.
