Refund Policy

In this way, we make having unlimited long distance a reality for the many we serve. In the process of doing so, we sometimes encounter issues that may not be simple to resolve, resulting in an account cancellation. The following is our official refund policy.

Customers may receive a full refund for the first monthly fee if requested within 30 days of billing. Customers may request refunds past this period which will be addressed on a case by case basis by management.
