9. Calls may only be placed within the United States on the Unlimited Program and anywhere in the world under the Global 100 Minute Program.

10. LD PRO 19 and their affiliates' total liability for loss or damage by defects in performance or non performance of this service shall be limited to the amount paid for this service.

11. LD PRO 19 and their affiliates will not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, included but not limited to loss of profits or income, arising directly or indirectly from any action or failure by LD PRO 19 or their affiliates.
